Fifteen year old vines from Healesville, Yarra Valley. Grown by our neighbour whose vineyard we manage. Whole bunch pressed, fermented in barrel, no malo.

Fermented and matured in neutral oak. A very bright green gold. Immediately engaging with its aromas of ripe pear, a little green apple and spice. Brightly fruited with crisp acidity, finishing chalky and long. Excellent as always. Drink now and over the next two to three years.
