Mendoza clone, whole bunch pressed, fermented in barrel, no new oak, no malo.

Barrel fermented and matured in neutral oak, no mlf. A very bright green gold. Aromas of just-ripened orchard fruits, pink grapefruit and a little lemon curd. The palate is equally brightly fruited with zingy acidity. A wine to pair with fried calamari and the like. This will fill out nicely over the next six to 12 months and will continue to drink well for another three to five years.
